Consent to the processing of personal data

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006, you consent to TD Rezerv processing the personal data you provide through this website: collecting, organizing, storing, updating, using, blocking, anonymizing and destroying it as necessary to respond to your request, arrange delivery or fulfil an order.

TD Rezerv guarantees the confidentiality of the information it receives. Personal data is processed to handle requests, orders, contracts and other obligations undertaken by TD Rezerv.

TD Rezerv may share personal data with carriers, service providers and contractors only when this is necessary to process your request, arrange delivery or provide the requested service. Recipients must protect the data in accordance with applicable law and this consent.

This consent covers the surname, given name and patronymic where applicable, email address, delivery address, telephone number and payment details that you provide for an order.

This consent remains valid for as long as the relevant personal data is retained. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to TD Rezerv at 109382 Moscow, 31 Nizhniye Polya Street, building 1, office 400, marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal-data processing”.

After consent is withdrawn, TD Rezerv will stop the relevant processing unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data will be deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer required.

I confirm that the information I provide is complete, accurate and truthful, that providing it does not violate applicable Russian law or the lawful rights and interests of third parties, and that I provide it about myself.

This consent remains effective for the entire period of retention of the personal data unless Russian law provides otherwise.
